Заманчивое, но бесполезное предложение

На мой взгляд, совершенно бесперспективное письмо откуда-то из Ближневосточного региона (судя по имени отправителя). Не совсем понятно, на что делается расчет. Адресатом письма должен быть узкий специалист из нефтяной отрасли, не понаслышке знакомый с вопросами лицензирования экспорта сырой нефти и нефтепродуктов. Возможно, авторы письма надеются на закон больших чисел: из миллионов разосланных писем найдется десяток-другой специалистов, для которых перспектива зарабатывать от 3 до 10 миллионов долларов в месяц покажется привлекательной настолько, что они вступят в переговоры с Мухаммедамином Идрисом Ибрагимом. 

Не исключаю, что замысел массовой рассылки письма более тонкий и он просто не подвластен моему воображению. 

Однако в том, что рассылка письма носит массовый характер, я ни секунды не сомневаюсь. Как не сомневаюсь и в конечной цели этой рассылки - облапошить доверчивых и наивных интернет-пользователей. 

Обратите внимание на характерные черты очередного "нигерийского" письма: 

• оно адресовано не конкретному человеку, а просто "господину", без указания имени; 
• поле "кому" в настройках письма отсутствует (это равносильно формулировке "undisclosed-recipients:", когда поле "кому" присутствует);
• не названа страна, гражданином которой является автор письма (впрочем, мошенникам обычно назвать страну ничего не мешает); 
• максимально размыты детали предложения, в надежде, что кому-то захочется узнать подробности;
• (следствие из предыдущего) предлагается обратиться за разъяснениями; 
• уверенно называются большие цифры вознаграждения, от которых должно захватывать дух.

В общем, классический "крючок", просто в этот раз, повторюсь, не понятно на кого рассчитанный.
